Exclusive Illuminations Artistic workshops are run all year round and on request.

Please note that places may limited and full payment is required at time of booking in order to hold a place for you. Upon receiving your booking form and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

In the event that your first choice is full, or is cancelled, you will be placed in your next available choice of workshop and notified.

All fees include tuition, morning and afternoon tea, and illustrated presentations by artist:
5 day workshops:Workshop dates,Sunday… th – Thursday ….rd Month……….. 2016. Fee: $750
3 day workshop:Workshop dates, Tuesday ….st – Thursday ….rd Month……….. 2016. Fee: $460.
2 day workshop:Workshop dates, Sunday…. th - Monday …..th Month……….. 2016. Fee: $310.

Please note: Materials fees apply for some workshops and are payable to the artist one week before the first day of the workshop. Details are provided on the relevant workshop page that will be sent to you.
You will need to log into your own bank account to transfer the deposit to the account detailed below. If you do not have on-line banking, your local bank branch will be able to make the transfer for you. Deposits and outstanding balances can be paid Payments by

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Organisation of the Exclusive Illuminations requires financial and other commitments to be made by the organisers well in advance of the Workshop. It is therefore necessary to have a cancellation policy as set out below.
Cancellation by Exclusive Illuminations:
To secure your place, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Exclusive Illuminations reserves the right to cancel a workshop if minimum enrolment numbers are not reached. Should this happen, you will be offered a place in your second or third choice workshop, if available.
A full refund including deposit will be provided if an alternative workshop cannot be offered to your satisfaction.
Cancellation by you:
The initial deposit of 30% is non-refundable, but if you wish to cancel or withdraw from a work-shop prior to commencement you will receive a refund of any additional fees according to the schedule below.
The full balance minu30% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 6 weeks prior to workshop.
50% of the balance will be refunded for cancellations made between 6 wks leading up to the workshop date.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 2 wks leading up to the workshop date.
Note that you may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend.
During the Exclusive Illuminations workshops, photographs will be taken showing tutors and students at work. These may be used in flyers, websites, adverts and other materials and formats to promote future workshops. Submission of this enrolment form grants permission to Exclusive Illuminations to use images of you and your work, unless you state otherwise.
